Winter walks in the mountains high above the fjord are possible from Loen Skylift. Depending on the weather conditions, we make tracks that are suitable for walking. Check this page for the latest information. The trails are marked with poles. Ski goggles and poles can be useful (can be rented). You can also hire a guide from Loen Active (must be booked in advance). Winter coveralls, gloves and boots can be hired from Loen Active.

The snow usually arrives at Mt. Hoven in November and lasts until April/May.
