Welcome to a cozy Christmas 1011 m/3316 ft above the fjord. From November 21 Hoven Restaurant & Bar will be in that Christmassy mood. And during Christmas, the Loen Skylift and Hoven Restaurant will be open on Christmas Day, and then from 27th of December until the 2nd of January. Play in the snow or go for a walk; if the weather permits, there will be sledding. Hoven Restaurant offers hot chocolate in front of the fireplace, drinks, and good food.
Live music by Anders Kvile
Every day between December 28 and New Year's Eve, Anders Viktor Kvile will create a warm Christmas atmosphere in Hoven Restaurant. And maybe he'll bring a guest artist or two? Anders has a bachelor's degree in music and works as an organist in Stryn. In addition, he is a freelance musician who takes on all kinds of musical assignments. Although the piano is his main instrument, he also plays the organ, accordion, trumpet, and clarinet, as well as arranging and composing. He has a particular passion for jazz. Concert every day from December 28-31 at 14:00-16:00. We recommend that you book a table in advance.

Adventurous December
If the weather permits, we will prepare hiking trails to Mt. Skredfjellet, and make a toboggan run. Follow our Live page for updated information. Bring good shoes and good clothes. Loen Active rents out snowshoes and poles in Fjordshop, or contact the track staff at the top. You can even rent a winter suit and ski goggles.
